Define the workpiece

The center sphere of the Manipulator opens the Pie menu to to add the workpiece base set.

• Reset the Manipulator
• Pick the Manipulator position
• 3D Clipping
• Create a new workpiece

When the Create new workpiece command is executed the software creates a new workpiece item in the open project, with the base information for that new workpiece. It usually consist of a root frame W and a mechanical parent adapter, called Workpiece_Connector1.

Basically the workpiece now is created and can be stored. However, without representing geometry and other (manufacturing) attributes the workpiece document is not really useful yet for manufacturing programming or simulation.
