Build the workpiece

The Create/Edit command does not execute a direct function when it is started. It automatically activates the Manipulator in the 3D View.

At this stage two main workpiece preparation operations can be started:

Apart from the step by step build where the user can decide at any step and at any detail level how he wants to build his workpiece, there is another method to quickly build a (simple) workpiece straight forward in a single step. This method will automate some of the individual steps and generates the workpiece. It is however still very much possible the modify that result to any requirement as when building the workpiece manually.
