Process tables

Controller Builder workbench

The Process table command opens a dashboard with the available controller process tables. These tables are technology and process specific and include possible cases of process states that the controller forwards to the tool, initiated over certain event triggers in the OLP program.

Some technologies do not support process simulation or have only fixed, predefined process models. The dashboard will only show process models for which the setup tables have to be defined. Each process model might have its own specific table format and parameters.

Process model

In the upper left side of the dashboard, the available process models are being displayed. Of the selected, active model the process table is being displayed below.

The controller can support process tables for:

Spray coverage Time coverage (or spray coverage) is a standard process model that only calculates the time that a deposition process flow covers a surface. The process table defines the brushes that can be used for the process simulation.
Spray deposition Spray deposition is the process model that calculates the deposition of a sprayed material, or other physical parameter, on a surface, for example like in painting.  and virtual component, that can be picked and measured. The process table defines the brushes that can be used for the process simulation.
Seam welding The table defines the process parameters that are applied to a seam welding operation.

Process table

The process model is represented by an editable table. Existing entries can be edited by picking the value.

New rows can be inserted by entering the new values in the bottom row and pressing the Add command button. The rows will be sorted automatically over the values of the first (highlighted) column.

Rows can be deleted by calling the pie menu on the row. Deleted row numbers can be re-used and inserted again.

Import and export of tables

The Import a process setup table command will import a predefined format .csv file with process tables.

The Export the process setup table command will export the table content in a .csv file.
