Create combination of  adapter and frame

The Specific adapter command is basically a combination of creating a frame and an adapter in one single operation. It opens a sub menu to select from.

• Return level up
• Create a workpiece adapter
• Create a tool adapter

	To establish a relation between a resource, such as a fixture, and a workpiece that are coupled in a manufacturing process, a mechanical parent adapter with base frame has to be created. The command creates both at the same position in one single step.

	Major manufacturing equipment, like robots and machines, are designed to have some tooling device attached to it to become the resource for the specific manufacturing operation. That means that these resources need to have a mechanical parent adapter with tool frame at their mounting point. The command creates both at the same position in one single step.
