Seam finding with a line laser is a functionality that is not started with a ordinary command button. It is a procedure where the end and the start of the welding seam is being traced with a laser.

Programming defaults

In the Programming defaults dashboard in the OLP workbench, the tech tab Technology base includes the base selection of the weld seam calibration method.

The tech tab Seam finding with line laser will display the available attributes to compute the complete seam finding operation cycle.

Modifying the finding definition

For both the start and end finding step an operation cycle is created. With use of the Active program dashboard in the OLP workbench, the attributes of each operation can be modified.
