Program events laser cutting

Laser on	Turns on the laser.
Laser off	Turns off the laser.
Inspection data	Sets an inspection position.
Micro tab	Builds a micro tab at the position. This is a position at the contour where the cutting is interrupted and the waste material remains attached.		The height of the micro tab, i.e. offset from the cutting contour.
The length of the micro tab, i.e. the length over which the laser is off.
