Set the active adapter

Mechanical connections are built between a plug and socket adapter. When using the connection beam to create this connection, the beam is generated between the active plug adapter of the dragged component and the found socket adapter at the receiving component. The child component however might have more than one mechanical child adapters. After the Set active adapter command has been started, the required child adapter can be selected.

When the component only has one plug adapter, this adapter is set active automatically. It does not need to be selected.
