Relief

This container includes all the dimensions and settings to create workpiece relief areas for all the support plates.

Attribute		Description	Remark
Process geometry relief		Switch to activate the relief computation at those workpiece boundaries, where process geometry has been defined.
Relief corner radius		The radius at the bottom of the relief.	Value ≥ 0 mm.
Circular notch radius		The radius at the top corner of the relief.	Value ≥ 0 mm.
Rectangular relief depth		The depth of the relief.	Value ≥ 3,0 mm.
Hole relief safe distance		The minimum distance between the workpiece edge and the relief edge.	Value ≥ 0 mm.
Maximum rectangular relief length		The rectangular length of the relief.	Value ≥ 5 * circular notch radius.
Corner relief detection		Switch to detect corners on the workpiece, where manual relief editing can be done.
Minimum relief size		The minimum length of the (theoretical) corner edges to enable the relief editing at that corner.
Minimum delta surface normal		The angle between the surface normals of the (theoretical) corner edges to enable the relief editing at that corner.
Create detected relief		The reliefs are automatically created on the detected corners.
Preferred convex shape		The shape with which the convex corner relief will be created.
Hedgehog fixture		Switch to generate the contact with the workpiece as a hedgehog shape.	To minimize accuracy differences between the virtual model and real workpiece, the hedgehog solution generates small contact areas.
Touch length		The contact length of the hedgehog parts.
Maximum relief length		The maximum length of the relief between the contact parts of the hedgehog.
