Unfold the toolpath table

There are three commands to expand or collapse the table to a preferred level. They can be executed on program and any operation group or operation level.

	Unfold to operation group level	Unfolds and collapses the table below to only the level of the operation groups.
	Unfold to operation level	Unfolds and collapses the table below to the level of the operations.
	Unfold to toolpath level	Unfolds and collapses the table below to the level of the individual toolpath positions.
