Locking adapters

Adapters can be locked. This locking prevents the adapter for any accidental and unwanted manipulations:

A locked adapter cannot be connected to any other adapter.

A locked mechanical plug adapter prevents the component from being moved in the layout.

Locking an adapter that is connected automatically locks both coupled adapters. The connection cannot be separated after locking.

A locked adapter or connection can be recognized by a red colored marking of the adapter.

The locking and unlocking functionality is only accessible in the Layout Builder workbench.
