Body operation settings
![]()
The Settings command opens a window with the available setting parameters for the different body operations.
| Parameter | Description | |
|---|---|---|
| Max. gap | Adjacent surfaces are merged when the gap between the edges is smaller than the defined maximum gap. ![]() | |
| Number of iterations | The number of iterations to compute a result. | |
| Allow multiple bodies | The result can consist of multiple bodies instead of only a single body. | |
| Repair geometry | Repairs the input geometry before merging the result. | |
| Merge manifold solution | When multiple possible solutions exist to merge adjacent surfaces, activating the option results in the solution where the angle between the adjacent surfaces is the smallest. ![]() | |
| Disassemble in surface | In combination with the manifold solution, bodies can be disassembled in single surfaces, to generate other domains. It is required when the expected result body is built from domains of multiple input bodies. ![]() |
