Contour search

The contour search is not an individual command that can be started from the pie menu. It is an auxiliary functionality that is integrated and automatically executed in those commands that need some curve input. It uses a built in engine to find a resulting contour from geometrical input, based upon specific search methods, options and parameters.

The search engine supports two base methods to find a resulting contour:

	Contour search over edges and curves Finding a contour over existing surface edges and other geometrical curve elements.

	Contour search over edges and curves Finding a contour over existing surface edges and other geometrical curve elements.
	Free search with control points Placing control points on reference geometry and connecting them to build a contour.
