Replace the workpiece

With the Replace workpiece command a programmed workpiece can be exchanged with another workpiece in such way that the process geometry definition is mapped and matched with the process geometry of the new workpiece. With this action an operation on a process geometry can be mapped onto the new process geometry while keeping its complete programming definition.

On the programmed workpiece the command is started.

Then the workpiece that replaces the original one has to be selected. All programs are mapped accordingly onto the new workpiece while keeping the toolpath definitions, attributes and (local) modifications.
