Lock an adapter

The Lock command is a switch to lock or unlock the adapter for any (accidental) manipulation.

After locking the adapter, it is marked with a red color.

A locked adapter cannot be connected to any other adapter. A locked socket adapter or a locked active plug adapter also prevents the component from being moved without its parent to whom it is locked.

Applying the command on the wire of an electrical connection will lock the adapters at both sides of the connection.

A locked connection cannot be separated.
