Create a vendor specific translator

Introduction

The downloader HelloWorld.py is available for all controller manufacturers, i.e. vendors.

This is because the script lies in the main OLPTranslators folder of the plugin.

When a vendor specific translator is needed, a folder with the controller manufacturer name needs to be created. The folder name has to be the same as in the list, that appears in the controller manufacturer attribute.

The vendor specific translator then has to be saved in or moved to that folder, so it appears only for hat controller vendor, as in the example below.
