Before assembling the fixture, clean the individual plates from any bur or remaining metal from the laser cut process. To assemble the fixture after is cut, match the engravings of the base plate and the individual support plates. Start by mounting all the Y plates and then proceed to match the X plates. The interlockings should give the fixture the necessary rigidity to keep it stable. If desired fit the part into the fixture and then add weld spots to keep the fixture permanently assembled.
