Purpose
Create a reliable digital workpiece basis for downstream fixture setup, process programming, and simulation.
Steps
- Switch to the workpiece preparation workbench
- Import geometry
Import the B_Pillar.stp CAD model from the Sheet Metal Laser Cutting tutorial package

- Create a workpiece
- Attach geometry
- Save the workpiece
Save the document as a workpiece (
.cenwpc) with an appropriate name.
