Create and Optimize the Cutting Process

Purpose

Create in FASTSUITE Edition 2 the sheet metal laser cutting process and optimize the toolpath before release to production.

Cutting Workflow

Complete the following tasks to prepare a validated NC program for production:

1. Create the cutting operations
2. Simulate the process and review for collisions or quality risks
3. Optimize the cutting path and process parameters
4. Prepare the production package

Output

An optimized and validated cutting process, including the generated NC program ready for production release.
