Inspect Affected Areas in 3D
Purpose
Use the 3D context in FASTCUBE Shopfloor Assistant to identify where real production conditions differ from the planned digital process.
Steps
- Open the NC Editor and focus the 3D view on the affected machining region
Open the loaded NC program in FASTCUBE Shopfloor Assistant and navigate to the exact area where the production deviation was detected.

Use the 3D viewer controls to reduce visual noise and inspect only the affected region, nearby fixture elements, and the relevant NC path segment.

Use the visibility controls to hide irrelevant elements and focus on the affected area, ensuring a clear view of the deviation’s impact on the process.

- Confirm the deviation impact before applying local corrections
Use the NC Editor to confirm where the deviation impacts the programmed behavior and identify the exact NC section that will require controlled local adjustment.
