Prepare the Production Package

Purpose

Perform final checks in FASTSUITE Edition 2 and generate the NC program that is ready for production release.

Steps


  1. Run complete program simulation to confirm collision-free and quality-compliant behavior

Execute a final simulation pass for the optimized process and verify stable execution. No red incidents should be detected during the simulation. If any issues are detected, return to the optimization step to resolve them.

  1. Generate and export the NC program

Generate the NC output file that is ready for production.

  1. Save the project

Save the document as a project (.cenprj) with an appropriate name.

  1. Save the validated project as a production-ready package

Save the document as a project (.cenpkg) with an appropriate name. This package contains all associated data for production and will be used in shopfloor assistant to transfer, check and adjust the program to the real machine.

Output
