FASTCUBE Shopfloor Assistant
FASTCUBE Shopfloor Assistant is a browser-based application that lets operators load, visualize, correct, and validate NC programs directly on the shop floor — without modifying the original CAM data.
The application runs locally via the FASTCUBE Launcher and opens in your default browser at http://127.0.0.1:50000/. It provides a real-time 3D viewer, a structured NC editor, and guided correction workflows, allowing operators to apply positional offsets, rototranslations, and regshape edits to NC program lines before uploading them to the machine.
What Shopfloor Assistant does
| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| 3D visualization | Real-time display of tool paths, workpiece geometry, and machine joints |
| NC program editing | Line-by-line selection and correction using the editor panel |
| Spatial corrections | Single-point, multi-line rototranslation, and regshape editing workflows |
| Collision detection | Automated detection of tool-path / fixture geometry conflicts |
| NC validation | Syntax and kinematic validation of NC code before execution |
| Project management | Upload, open, and save NC program files and project packages |
